Welcome to RelationshipScribe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RelationshipScribe website and all associated services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using RelationshipScribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Description
RelationshipScribe provides AI-powered relationship tools and personalized content, including:
- Personalized wedding vow writing and delivery coaching
- Conflict simulation and resolution tools
- Custom Partner Manuals
- Branded merchandise (apparel and accessories)
Digital service orders involve the completion of a questionnaire by you, followed by our creation of personalized content based on your responses. Merchandise orders are physical products shipped to the address you provide.
User Accounts
To purchase our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Update your information as necessary
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Exit from your account at the end of each session
Ordering Process
When placing an order with RelationshipScribe, you agree to:
- Complete any required questionnaire truthfully and thoroughly
- Provide all information necessary for us to fulfill your order
- Pay the applicable fees at the time of ordering
- Review your final product and request any revisions within the timeframe specified
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. You agree to promptly update your account information - including email address and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
For digital service orders, you agree to complete the required questionnaire accurately and within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. The quality and timeliness of the information you provide directly impacts our ability to deliver your content on schedule. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or cancellation, subject to our Refund Policy.
User Submissions & Intellectual Property
When you provide information through our questionnaires or other means ("Submissions"), you grant RelationshipScribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt your Submissions solely for the purpose of creating the personalized content you ordered.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all content you provide
- Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
- Your content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material
Upon delivery of your final personalized content, RelationshipScribe grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., delivering vows at a ceremony, sharing a letter with its intended recipient).
You agree not to resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit content created by RelationshipScribe without our express written permission.
RelationshipScribe retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated data derived from Submissions for service improvement, statistical analysis, or marketing purposes, provided such use does not personally identify you.
Any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or creative materials you send us may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
Our Intellectual Property
The RelationshipScribe website including its text, graphics, logos, images, software, algorithms, and methodologies is owned by or licensed to RelationshipScribe and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a digital service, you own the specific deliverable created for you. RelationshipScribe retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, algorithms, and systems used to produce that deliverable.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is true, correct, and complete.
Revisions and Satisfaction (Digital Services)
Digital service purchases include the following revision rounds:
- Vow & Delivery Coaching: Up to three (3) revision rounds
- Conflict Simulator: Not applicable (delivered as a completed tool)
- Custom Partner Manual: Two (2) revision rounds
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your initial draft and must be reasonable in scope.
Merchandise
RelationshipScribe branded apparel and accessories are physical products subject to our Shipping Policy. All merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@relationshipscribe.com.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using our site, content, or services:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
- To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others
- To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- To collect or track the personal information of others without authorization
- To spam, phish, scrape, or engage in similar abusive activity
- For any obscene or immoral purpose
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services
We reserve the right to terminate your access for violation of any of the above.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the emotional impact of personalized content, how it will be received by others, or its suitability for purposes beyond those intended. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from minor imperfections, though we strive for high quality and offer revisions accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelationshipScribe and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelationshipScribe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of RelationshipScribe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
